Only what you submit through our appointment form: name, phone number, optional email, requested time slot. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party scripts.

II. — Why

Strictly to call you back and confirm your appointment. Your data is not shared with any third party and is never used for marketing.

III. — How long

Twelve months from your last contact, then permanent deletion.

IV. — Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or request the portability of your data, free of charge. Write to [email protected]. We answer within thirty days.

V. — Complaint

Should you remain dissatisfied, you may file a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), at cnil.fr.
